JUNIOR PORT FOLIO ASSISTANT / ADMIN ASSISTANT
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
PRETORIA-EAST, GAUTENG
TO START 1 OCTOBER 2024
SALARY: BETWEEN R 12 000 TO R 15 000 (COST TO COMPANY) PER MONTH OR NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric with Maths and or Accounting as Subjects
MDA / MRI System Knowledge
Computer Literate
Proven administrative experience.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

You will report to the appointed Port Folio Manager, who are employed at times,
Training will be done in-house and in co-operation with current portfolio manage

BODY CORPORATES & HOA’S:

Receipting of Levies from banking account, tracing of un-identified amounts on bank account,
Finalization and submissions of Debit Orders To BDB,
Allocation and processing of Payments, received from Port Folio Managers, and work associated with receipts and payments assigned to you from Finance Department,
Any other work associated with the processing and allocation of banking accounts.
Issue and management of Clearance Certificates,
Once Registrations takes place finalization of allocations between old and new owner,
Refunds of Ex Owners
Filing of Portfolios, which will be send to Auditors for Audit purposes,
Annual Returns to CSOS of finalized Annual General Meetings,
Payments on a quarterly basis to CSOS on behalf of Body Corporate & HOA’s
Administration around port folio claims from Insurance companies and follow up regarding payments ext.,
You will be allocated a small portfolio in the Pretoria Area to manage Body Corporates & HOA’s,
Arranging of AGM annually, completing CSOS annual returns,
Finalizing of AFS, Insurance.
Obtaining quotations and arranging work to be done, final inspections before payments,
All other work pertaining to the management of the Body Corporates and HOA’s .
